About the role
The Deposits Tribe are responsible for the end to end management of ANZ's transaction and savings customers and products. As a Journey Expert (Product Management), your mission is to enable the optimisation of existing end-to-end customer journeys and improve the customer experience by devising new, innovative solutions, services, products or propositions. You will also be supporting Deposits portfolio to comply with a changing regulatory environment and adhere to internal governance practices to minimise risk.
Within the Proposition and Customer engagement squad, this role will play an integral role in collaborating within the team to form new customer engagement propositions for ANZ Classic and cross stacked customers (i.e those who have Classic and ANZ Plus) with a product lens all the way through to the change management and execution of these campaigns. Part of this role will involve maintaining and optimising the performance of BAU propositions and operating models of existing customer engagement propositions and metrics and review of existing customer collateral reviews. Having a data driven, commercial mindset/experience to all the above is a skill favourably looked upon for an exciting and dynamic role like this.
