General assistant - no previous experience necessary. All training will be provided on site.
Minimum 15-20 hours per week. Start time 5am till finished (approx 12md).
Duties include - Slicing & packing of a variety of breads - for delivery to The sunshine Coast, Brisbane & Gold Coast.
Loading & unloading ovens - training will be provided.
Cleaning & assisting bakers daily workload.
Preference will be given to those with a genuine passion to learn & excel in making traditional sourdough breads & ensuring high standards of product control.
