Approx. $35 p/h | Full time | Mon‑Fri 9am‑5pm (or Mon‑Thu 8am‑4:30pm, Fri 8am‑12pm)
We are seeking a skilled Administration Assistant with robust communication skills and advanced proficiency in Excel (data analysis & reporting). You will work closely with the business owner, manage tasks independently, and support overall business operations. Prior Executive Assistant experience is a bonus but not essential.
Key Requirements:
Minimum 2 years admin experience preferred
Advanced Excel and robust Microsoft Office skills
Confident communicator and highly organised
Experience in invoicing highly regarded
Ability to manage priorities and support business operations
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
Highly organised, proactive, and team‑oriented
Experience in admin tasks such as document management & reporting
Passion for sustainability and organic products highly valued
