About This Role
This is a fixed‐term 12‐month contract for the position of Centre Director at Only About Children Berwick, with potential for extension and career growth within OAC.
Responsibilities
* Lead and support a team of educators across three bright learning rooms and large outdoor spaces.
* Foster a safe, nurturing environment where children can explore, create, and learn.
* Engage families, making them feel warm and welcome at the centre.
* Ensure compliance with all child safety, well‐being, and protection policies.
Qualifications
* Diploma or Bachelor in Early Childhood Education.
* Prior experience leading or helping to lead a team.
* Strong understanding of rules and regulations that keep children safe.
* Commitment to small moments that make a big difference in children's learning.
