End-to-end support network through:
Young Professional Community Buddy Program
Monthly team meetings and weekly one-to-one catchups
Graduate program manager providing support throughout the program journey
1-week graduate onboarding program (Induction) with the opportunity to meet senior leaders throughout the organization
Rotations may include areas such as:
Network Rollout (5G / 4G) project delivery
Network integration & optimisation
Network Virtualisation
Orchestration and Assurance
Cloud Software and Services
Enterprise architecture and IT
New feature introduction (and opportunity to work on some of the world's firsts)

Qualifications
Completed BA / MA / MSc / PhD studies in any of the following disciplines:
Information Technology
Computer Science
ICT / Computer / Software Engineering
Data Analytics
Engineering
Double degree with commerce / finance / project management
Eagerness to learn and grow with the business.
Highly Regarded Experience
Experience installing operating systems
Experience with virtual machines
Exposure to containerization
Familiarity with automation tools
Cloud experience or exposure
Programming experience in VBA, Python, SQL, Java
System experience with Cisco, Juniper, Wireshark, PSpice, LTspice
Knowledge and understanding of mobile technologies such as LTE, 5G and its business use-cases
Experience with switches, routers
Previous work experience in a similar field advantageous
Important Elements of the Selection Criteria
Must be an Australian or New Zealand citizen or have permanent resident status
High-level academic achievement (academic transcripts or summary of results to date must be included)
Evidence of leadership roles and achievements at school, university or in outside interests would be highly regarded
Candidates must be completing their initial degree or honours level qualification by the end of
Candidates completing higher-level qualifications will also be considered.
