About the role
Support the smooth operation of Coffs Coast Holiday Parks by assisting with the coordination and delivery of high‑quality cleaning services across cabins, villas and facilities. Help manage cleaning schedules, inventory and team communication while ensuring safety and service standards are met. Be a key part of a friendly and professional team that takes pride in creating a welcoming environment for every guest.
The successful candidate will have the flexibility to work Monday – Sunday between the hours of 05:00 and 21:00 and across our four Coffs Coast Holiday Park locations: BIG4 Park Beach, BIG4 Sawtell Beach, Woolgoolga Beach and Woolgoolga Lakeside Holiday Park.

About you
You'll have a current Class C manual licence and proven experience in housekeeping or a related industry with the ability to coordinate daily operations and maintain high standards. Strong customer service, communication and interpersonal skills are essential along with a sound understanding of WHS practices. Basic computer skills will support your ability to manage schedules and team coordination.
