**About the Role**
The main purpose of the Client Service Officer role is to provide high-quality, consistent, and timely administration services to clients.
**Please note: This role requires you to work in the Parramatta office full time Monday - Friday (9am - 5pm).**

The ideal applicant will therefore possess excellent interpersonal, client service and communication skills and experience in dealing with a diverse range of clients, professionals, staff and members of the community.
**Key accountabilities include**:
- Managing incoming and ongoing inquiries from clients and stakeholders.
- Conducting thorough investigations to gather necessary information for establishing new Trust, POA, and Estate matters.
- Liaising with stakeholders to collect information regarding assets, liabilities, and other relevant details.
- Communicating effectively with clients, professionals, staff, and community members.
- Ensuring compliance with relevant legislation, policies, and procedures.
- Collaborating with internal teams to facilitate seamless service delivery.
- Performing transactional and minor accounting work as required.
**About You**
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Understanding of the departments key services and customer base including experience working and/or supporting vulnerable people.
- A genuine passion for supporting members of the community.
