Drive Marketing Impact as a Coordinator
This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the success of our marketing operations. As a Marketing Coordinator, you will be part of a dynamic team instrumental in coordinating Joint Venture marketing efforts and supporting various marketing activities.
Your Key Responsibilities:
1. Collaborate with the Marketing Manager to implement marketing campaigns from execution to performance tracking.
2. Develop engaging content for social media and blogs across company and partner channels.
3. Work with the Graphic Designer on visual content and marketing collateral.
4. Build strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and internal stakeholders.
5. Coordinate Joint Venture partner marketing activities in line with service agreements.
6. Manage distribution of marketing and business support materials.
7. Assist with planning and executing corporate events, including logistics and promotional materials.
8. Provide project and administrative support to the wider Marketing team.
9. Perform general administrative duties, including data entry, order management, and ticket resolution.
10. Assist with internal reporting and other marketing-related projects.

Requirements:
- Experience in a similar marketing support or coordination role
- A related Bachelor's Degree (Marketing, Media, Journalism, Communications)
- CRM software experience
- CMS experience (Dynamics 365, Hubspot, WordPress) highly valued
- Adobe InDesign and Photoshop experience valuable
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
