Resource Support Officer

As a Resource Support Officer, you will play a vital role in coordinating goods and services from external agencies and providing essential administrative support to ensure the timely delivery of home and community support services.

What we’re looking for
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, including written and verbal.
- Strong problem‑solving and decision‑making abilities with attention to detail.
- Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced setting, working autonomously or collaboratively.
- Background in client services, administration, or business support, ideally within health, aged care, or community settings.
- High level computer skills.
- Skilled in managing sensitive scheduling needs.
- Exceptional time management and organisational skills.
The role
- Coordinate brokerage services – arranging timely delivery with clients, staff, and providers.
- Review brokerage and service requests to ensure all documentation and details are complete.
- Handle brokerage service changes, including cancellations, rescheduling, on‑hold requests, and no‑shows.
- Keep stakeholders informed by documenting and communicating service variations.
- Support audits and compliance by reporting issues and resolving invoice discrepancies.
- Maintain accurate client records and database updates.
- Respond to enquiries and provide progress updates.
