Our client – a
major player in the aviation industry
– is seeking an experienced
Passenger Services Manager
to lead large-scale passenger operations at Sydney Airport. This is a senior leadership role for a dynamic people leader with strong aviation experience and a passion for operational excellence.
Base pay range
A$150,******/yr - A$160,******/yr
What you'll be doing:
Lead and inspire frontline passenger service teams
Ensure safety, compliance, and service standards are met at all times
Manage budgets, rosters, and drive operational efficiency
Build strong stakeholder relationships and champion service excellence
What we're looking for:
Proven leadership and people management experience
Strong communicator with the ability to influence and engage at all levels
Solid aviation/airline industry background (essential)
Financial acumen and experience managing budgets
Tertiary qualifications in Aviation Management or Business (desirable)
