Key Responsibilities:
* You will respond and direct all inbound calls as well as complete online enquiries on behalf of our client.
* You'll actively listen to each caller to understand their needs and enquiry details.
* You will make referrals, allocate calls, or transfer the caller to the most appropriate service based on prescribed work instructions.
Skills & Qualifications:
p>Demonstrated experience providing high quality customer service in a fast-paced environment - you're comfortable handling multiple priorities at once.
Ability to competently navigate software platforms/screens simultaneously - essential for efficient task management!
Effective listening & communication skills - build trust with every interaction!
