Job Opportunity: Chemical Process Expert
We are seeking an accomplished chemical process expert to lead the design and development of innovative processes at our organization.
This role will involve:
* Developing and implementing process designs and procedures for hydrogen peroxide production, including preparation and review of PFDs, P&IDs, mass and energy balances;
* Specifying and evaluating process equipment, ensuring process safety, and collaborating with other engineers;
* Maintaining documentation, managing project phases, and developing project plans, budgets, and schedules;
* Coordinating with suppliers and regulatory agencies, preparing technical reports, progress updates, and capital expenditure justifications;
* Developing and implementing process safety management systems and quality assurance protocols;
* Oversight of plant commissioning performance testing and operator training;
* Development of standard operating procedures and maintenance documentation;
* Providing ongoing technical support to ensure plant reliability and optimization post-startup.
