About The Role

Duties
* Develop and manage a strong, collaborative partnership with a major national retail account
* Lead the creation and execution of account plans to support sustainable, profitable brand growth
* Analyse scan and sales data to generate actionable insights and identify opportunities
* Deliver accurate forecasts and recommendations to improve performance and mitigate risks
* Execute promotional and marketing programs aligned with trade spend budgets
* Manage the Range Review process in partnership with internal and external stakeholders
* Collaborate with Marketing to support successful new product development (NPD) launches
* Drive Joint Business Planning (JBP) initiatives to align long-term strategies with the customer
* Represent the business with professionalism, insight, and confidence across all touchpoints
Skills & Experience
* Proven track record in national account management within FMCG, hardware, or retail sectors
* Strong commercial acumen and ability to deliver growth-focused strategies
* Demonstrated success in building and maintaining senior-level customer relationships
* Data-driven mindset with strong analytical and forecasting skills
* Exceptional communication and stakeholder engagement abilities
* High attention to detail and organisational proficiency
* Strong computer literacy, particularly with Microsoft Office applications
