**The Role**
Joining as a HR Advisor you will provide comprehensive, practical and customer focused HR support and advice to all aspects of the business. You will provide assistance with end to end recruitment, provide guidance to the manufacturing operation and support all aspects of the employee life cycle, whilst ensuring compliance and legislative requirements.
Day to day responsibilities will include;
- Complete end to end recruitment process - Providing expert advice to hiring managers, interviewing, on boarding, reference checks and liaising closely with Payroll during the full course of the employee life cycle.
- Support and Coach managers and employees by being the first point of contact for all general HR queries.
- Work collaboratively with HR, Payroll and the HSE team, particularly around shared areas of responsibility such as OH&S
**You**
We're looking for an experienced, knowledgeable, and passionate HR Advisor. You will have previous experience as a TA and as a HR Generalist, providing advice and support on HR policies and processes. This role is seeking an individual whom has had previous experience in a similar role and who is capable at interpreting and providing advise on relevant legislation, Awards and Enterprise agreements.
