The Role
We are seeking a Baker to join our friendly team in Lancefield, VIC. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with fresh ingredients and takes pride in producing consistent, high-quality baked goods in a traditional baking environment. What you'll be doing
* Preparing a range of baked goods including breads, rolls, pies, pastries, cakes, and slices using traditional and modern baking techniques
* Following established recipes to ensure consistency and quality
* Maintaining a clean, organised kitchen and adhering to food safety standards
* Assisting with general kitchen duties and supporting the team where required
* Contributing ideas and developing new products
What we're looking for
* A passion for baking and working with fresh ingredients
* Ability to follow recipes accurately and maintain consistency
* Strong attention to cleanliness and organisation
* A positive attitude and willingness to help out in a team environment
* Someone who is reliable, punctual, and motivated
* Minimum 1 year baking experience
