About the company
My client is not your traditional B2C services company — and they never will be. They're a bold, fast-growing challenger brand rewriting the rules of how Australians engage with their products online. With a major digital transformation underway, they're building new products, new platforms, and entirely new ways for customers to take control of their financial lives.
To help drive this next chapter, I'm searching for an ambitious and innovative Senior Digital Product Manager/Lead who's energised by disruption, experimentation, and delivering digital products that move the needle.
About the role
This is a chance to shape high-impact digital experiences across our lead generation funnels, e-commerce journeys, and customer-facing portals. You'll have ownership, influence, and the freedom to pilot new ideas as you help lead our digital evolution.
You'll work closely with a talented in-house UX/UI team and a cutting-edge external UX development agency to bring simple, intuitive, high-converting experiences to life.
This is a role for a true product builder — someone who loves vision-setting just as much as executing and seeing the digital world come to life
It's an 8 month contract initially with a view to permanency for the right person.
What You'll Do
Own, refine, and execute the digital product roadmap for key customer experiences
Drive continuous optimisation across lead generation, onboarding, and e-commerce flows
Evolve our customer portal into a seamless, smart, self-service hub
Work hand-in-hand with UX/UI designers and guide an external dev agency
Use data, insights, and experimentation to validate decisions and boost performance
Write sharp user stories, prioritise backlogs, and deliver features that delight
Champion customer-centric digital thinking across the organisation
What You'll Bring
Experience in digital product management, ideally in a fast-paced or tech-driven environment
A track record of improving digital journeys and driving measurable outcomes
Ability to move effortlessly between strategy and hands-on execution
Strong collaboration skills and experience working with UX teams and digital agencies
Curiosity, creativity, and a passion for solving customer problems
Comfortable with experimentation, ambiguity, and high-growth environments
