Position Summary
An opportunity exists for an experienced Project Manager (Water Treatment) to lead the delivery of industrial water, wastewater and PFAS treatment projects in Perth.
You’ll manage D&C; and temporary treatment projects end-to-end while providing oversight and support to project engineers, working closely with clients across infrastructure and industrial sectors.
This is a full-time position based in Perth, with hybrid working on offer and travel to client sites in WA as required.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor project teams to ensure successful project delivery.
- Manage project scope, budgets, schedules, and safety performance.
- Oversee design, procurement, installation, and commissioning phases.
- Administer contracts, variations, and financial reporting.
- Provide input during tender development and bid phases.
- Maintain strong client relationships and ensure delivery excellence.
- Identify risks early and implement mitigation strategies.
- Drive innovation, continuous improvement, and safety leadership.
Required Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Chemical, Mechanical, or Civil).
- Minimum 5 years’ experience managing water, wastewater, or industrial projects.
- Strong leadership and team development capability.
- Working knowledge of PMBOK and financial management systems.
- Excellent stakeholder, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Proven commitment to safety, quality, and customer focus.
