Our client, a leading Australian provider in 3PL distribution of consumer products, is seeking hardworking and reliable Pick Packers to join their expanding team based in Eastern Creek. Position Details:
* Location: Eastern Creek
* Schedule: Monday to Friday (ongoing)
* Shifts Available: Day shift: 7:00 am – 3:00 pm
* Pay Rate: $32 per hour + penalties
* Additional: Weekend and overtime opportunities (flexibility highly regarded)
Key Responsibilities:
* Pick and pack products with accuracy and efficiency
* Stage and prepare completed orders for dispatch
* Operate manual pallet jacks
* Stack pallets and manage pick/pack processes
* Assist with general hand duties and housekeeping
* Maintain high attention to detail in a fast-paced environment
What We're Looking For:
* Previous experience in a similar pick packing role
* Experience using pick-to-light systems and conveyors
* Strong manual handling capability (repetitive lifting involved)
* High attention to detail and accuracy
* Excellent communication skills
* Reliability, punctuality, and a proactive "can-do" attitude
* Physically fit and able to meet the demands of the role
* Flexibility with shifts and availability to commence immediately
* Own reliable transport (mandatory)
