You will provide professional supervision, mentorship, and guidance to psychologists while collaborating closely with school communities, families, and key stakeholders to develop holistic and effective strategies.This role is about more than just problem-solving—it’s about leading with innovation, fostering a positive team culture, and embedding cultural responsiveness into student wellbeing initiatives. You will contribute to recruitment, retention, and professional development, ensuring our team upholds the highest standards of service delivery while continually growing in cultural competenceQualificationsEssential: Current and full registration (general) with the Psychology Board of Australia. Psychology Board of Australia approved supervisor.Desirable: Area of practice endorsement – educational and developmental psychology and/or clinical psychology and/or counselling psychology.Special ConditionsThe successful applicant is required to gain a Department for Human Services (DHS) working with children check (WWCC) prior to being employed which is required to be renewed every five years before expiry.
