We offer permanent part-time contracts starting with a minimum of 10 guaranteed hours per fortnight which will increase as we build your roster.
What You’ll Do:
- Domestic Assistance such as housekeeping, meal planning and preparation, and personal administration (e.g. shopping, banking, paying bills)
- Support customers with personal care, such as bathing, toileting, grooming and hoisting (this includes customers with high care needs)
- Support customers stay connected to their communities.
(appointments and activities, family and friends)
- Think outside the box by finding creative solutions to challenges.
We offer on-the-job training and buddy shifts to help you pick up all the skills you need!
What You Need:
- A valid driver’s license and a reliable vehicle (important for the role)
- A NDIS Worker Screening check (or be ready to get one)
- A positive attitude and creative thinking
- Flexibility to work different shifts
- Experience helping individuals and families (would be great)
- Qualifications in Aged Care, Disability, Mental Health, or Community Services (also would be great)
