Assembly Services Australia is a growing organisation committed to helping customers with their flatpack needs. We're an expanding business and are looking for a talented and proactive Recruiter to help us find and attract assemblers who will drive our success forward.
The Role
As a Recruiter at Assembly Services Australia, you will be responsible for managing the full onboarding process for new assemblers. You'll work closely with other members of the team to ensure required areas are filled, policies and procedures are followed, and requirements are met through annual reviews.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage end-to-end recruitment for assemblers in mainland states
* Identify and engage new assemblers through proactive sourcing strategies
* Screen applications, coordinate onboarding process and obtain required documents
* Maintain an organised and up-to-date applicant tracking system
* Provide regular updates and insights on recruitment progress
* Perform annual agreement reviews with assemblers
About You
* Previous experience as a Recruiter
* Strong understanding of recruitment processes and sourcing techniques
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
* Ability to build relationships with applicants and stakeholders
* Highly organised with strong attention to detail
* Proactive, and comfortable managing a high volume of priorities
* Strategic mindset with the ability to balance long-term planning with hands-on delivery
