Tasks and Responsibilities:
* Provide a warm and welcoming reception to all patients and visitors.
* Manage incoming calls with professionalism and efficiency.
* Accurately schedule appointments and handle patient inquiries.
* Process patient payments using cash, EFTPOS, and direct billing systems.
* Maintain accurate and confidential patient records.
* Support the smooth day-to-day operations of the medical centre.
Essentials:
* Exceptional Customer Service: A passion for providing outstanding customer service and patient care.
* Strong Administrative Skills: Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities.
* Attention to Detail: Meticulous accuracy in managing documentation and appointments.
* Computer Proficiency: Comfortable using various software applications.
* Team Player: Ability to collaborate effectively in a multidisciplinary team.
* Excellent Communication: Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Highly Regarded:
* Previous experience in an accredited general practice.
* Experience using Best Practice software.
* Retail experience is an advantage.
