Key Responsibilities
* Deliver an exceptional customer experience by engaging with all customers and providing assistance as required
* Support all elements of store operations, including receiving stock, processing sales, and maintaining a tidy store environment
* Demonstrate strong product knowledge by being familiar with our extensive range of products and being able to answer customer queries confidently
* Cash handling and processing sales accurately and efficiently
* Processing and replenishing stock to ensure shelves are always stocked and merchandise looks appealing
* Maintain presentation and visual merchandise standards throughout the store
