Lead Playwright Architect
to design, build, and scale modern UI test automation frameworks using
Playwright
.

Exp: 8 years(6 years relevant in Playwright)
Notice Period: Immediate joiners
Key Responsibilities
* Architect and lead end-to-end UI automation frameworks using
Playwright
* Define automation standards, best practices, and coding guidelines
* Lead POC development and framework enhancements
* Integrate Playwright with
CI/CD pipelines
(GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps, Jenkins, etc.)
* Drive cross-browser, parallel, and headless test execution strategies
* Collaborate with developers to enable shift-left testing
* Review automation code and mentor QA engineers
* Provide technical leadership for test strategy and execution
* Ensure automation scalability, maintainability, and performance
Mandatory Skills
* Strong expertise in
Playwright (JavaScript / TypeScript)
* Hands-on experience in
test automation architecture & framework design
* Solid understanding of
Web technologies
(HTML, CSS, JavaScript)
* Experience with
CI/CD integration
* Knowledge of
BDD/TDD
and Agile methodologies
* Strong experience with
Git, version control, and code reviews
* Excellent debugging, analytical, and problem-solving skills
Good to Have
* Experience with
API automation
and test data management
* Exposure to
cloud-based test execution
(AWS/Azure/GCP)
* Knowledge of performance and security testing
* Prior experience as
Automation Lead / Architect
Soft Skills
* Strong leadership and mentoring abilities
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management
* Proactive mindset with ownership attitude
