The Site Supervisor – Water and Wastewater is responsible for leading the construction, maintenance and repair of Council's water and wastewater infrastructure to required standards. This hands-on role oversees a small team, manages project planning, estimates and scheduling, and ensures all works are delivered safely and efficiently. With a strong focus on safety, customer service and effective team leadership, the role plays a key part in supporting sustainable water and wastewater services across the region.

About You

You bring a strong foundation in civil construction, supported by your Certificate IV, and practical experience that has strengthened your confidence in coordinating works, managing schedules and applying sound problem-solving skills on site. You're comfortable working with estimates, planning tools and basic project systems, and you approach every task with a focus on safety, quality and doing things properly.

You communicate clearly, stay steady under pressure and contribute positively to the team around you. Whether supporting day-to-day operations or assisting with larger project activities, you rely on your technical knowledge, practical mindset and commitment to achieving reliable, high-standard outcomes.
