They are currently seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented full-time Quality Assurance Team Member to join their team within the aerosol can manufacturing sector. About you: A strong commitment to quality and attention to detail. Excellent observation and problem-solving skills. Ability to follow procedures and maintain accurate records. Good communication and teamwork skills. Experience in a manufacturing environment is desirable. Familiarity with quality control processes and standards would be advantageous. Full Australian working rights. About the role: As a Quality Assurance Team Member, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the high quality of our client's manufactured products. Your responsibilities will include: Conducting regular inspections and quality checks on products throughout the manufacturing process. Identifying and documenting any defects or deviations from quality standards. Collecting and analyzing data related to product quality. Assisting in the implementation and maintenance of quality control procedures. Communicating quality issues to relevant team members and supervisors. Ensuring compliance with all Work, Health & Safety regulations. Contributing to a culture of continuous improvement in product quality.
