Your opportunity As a Financial Planner, you will support our Commercial & Mixed Use Development business to achieve financial performance goals, deliver on strategy and create efficient and effective business processes.
In this role, you will be responsible for the following:
* Business Analysis: Collaborate with development teams for early engagement in forecasting, ensuring project-level information meets requirements and liaising with Group Finance for inputs.
* Team Collaboration: Support the C&MU Team with tailored BI reports and work closely with finance managers across asset classes to foster team development and collaboration with Group Finance and Investments Finance teams.
* Strategic Execution: Provide analysis and insights to assist the Finance Manager in executing strategy and supporting informed decision-making.
* Budgeting, Forecasting & Reporting: Lead the budgeting and forecasting process for commercial and mixed-use projects, prepare and validate financial performance reports, and contribute to scenario analysis and process improvements.
* Cashflow Management: Ensure robust cashflow management and forecasting in collaboration with development teams, focusing on the cash and capital impacts of major decisions and investments.
Your Qualifications
The ideal candidate will have prior experience in a similar role, ideally within Property Development. You are CA/CPA qualified and possess strong technical accounting and structuring skills along with advanced Excel capabilities.
