Job Title

A Guest Service Agent Team Leader is responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences and ensuring seamless hotel operations.


About the Role

This leadership position involves guiding a team to provide personalized services, managing guest interactions, and maintaining high standards of quality and safety.


Key Responsibilities

* Supervise and mentor a team of Guest Service Agents to achieve excellent customer satisfaction.
* Develop and implement strategies to improve guest engagement and loyalty.
* Maintain accurate records and reports on guest interactions and team performance.


Requirements

* Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to motivate and train a team.
* Excellent problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
* Ability to work rotating 7-day shifts, including evenings and weekends.
* High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in hospitality or related field preferred.
