About the Role

Key Responsibilities
* Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments and screenings for young people referred to our services.
* Foster meaningful relationships with clients and their families to ensure they receive the care they need.
* Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
* Advocate for young people's needs and coordinate their care across services.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will require:
* Qualifications in psychology, social work, occupational therapy, nursing, or other relevant fields for providing clinical interventions.
* Experience in conducting clinical assessments of young people facing mental health challenges.
* Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to connect with young people from diverse backgrounds.
* A solid understanding of technology and clinical software packages.
