About the role
We have a Permanent Full‑Time position available in our Support Coordination program located in St Albans. This program supports people to navigate the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS), understand and maximise their NDIS plan, engage with other services and supports, and ensure plan outcomes and individual expectations are met.
Your role as a Support Coordinator is to provide individual guidance and understanding to help people become confident in managing their NDIS package and associated services.
Day‑to‑day responsibilities
* Understanding individual plans
* Finding service options that best meet unique needs and outcomes.
* Goal tracking to demonstrate individual progress and success.
* Developing skills in others that enable them to become independent and self‑assured in their ability to manage their NDIS funding.
* Completing a range of administration required to document a person's progress, internal reports, and as required by the NDIS.
About you
We are looking for someone with experience or understanding of NDIS packages and plans who really gets a kick out of seeing someone achieve their goals.
You are someone who can easily adapt your communication style to build relationships; think outside the box when navigating challenges; and appreciate individual pace, celebrating key milestones and the small steps along the way.
With a knowledgeable senior leadership team to guide you, along with a thorough induction and orientation, you will be supported to deliver amazing services to the community and develop your skills and career
Essential Criteria
* Criminal record check (essential or willing to obtain)
* Working with children's check (essential or willing to obtain)
* NDIS Workers screening clearance (essential or willing to obtain)
