We are seeking an experienced Life Insurance Adviser (Risk Specialist) to join our growing team. In this role, you’ll be responsible for managing a portfolio of valued clients, writing recent business, overseeing claims, and providing leadership in people management. You’ll work closely with centres of influence and be committed to building and nurturing strong, lasting relationships. Some travel will be required to meet clients and achieve business objectives.
What we’re looking for
Minimum 5+ years’ experience in life insurance / risk advice
Proven track record in client care, recent business, and claims management
Demonstrated people leadership experience
Explicit audit history and ability to meet compliance standards
Must hold the relevant education standards post 1 January 2026 to operate as a financial adviser
Strong ability to work with centres of influence and grow referral networks
Relationship-driven, professional, and client-focused
Willingness to travel as required
