The Role
Are you a highly organized and creative individual with a passion for graphic design and proposal coordination? If so, we'd love to connect with you As a Proposals/Graphic Coordinator, you will work closely with the business development, project management, and design teams to create compelling proposals and impactful marketing materials that showcase their expertise in the design and construction sectors. This is an excellent opportunity to contribute to high-profile projects and be a key player in the company's growth.
Your Day To Day
* Creating custom iconography & graphical elements for proposals
* Creating graphic asset folders for future proposals and broader teams
* Create and format presentations, handbooks and documents as required.
* Maintaining the organisation of the Proposal Library & cc library as well as sorting and filing new content created from completed proposals
* General proposal administrative tasks
* Regularly review certain platforms including updating Smartsheet with progress of outstanding tasks.
* Adhere to strict tender deadline and client expectations.
* Creating capability statements, custom proposals, and aiding Proposal manager on large RFP's
* Develop and maintain a solid understanding of the submission development process, internal formats and templates
* Review and edit proposals to ensure quality and alignment with company guidelines.
* Understand client drivers and articulate the solution in a clear, concise and compelling response.
* Translate operational information into clear, informative and easy to understand copy.
What We're Looking For:
* Experience: A minimum of 2 years of experience in graphic design, proposal coordination, or a related field. Experience in the design and construction industry is a plus.
* Skills: Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator) and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
* Creativity: A keen eye for design, with the ability to transform complex information into visually engaging, client-friendly content.
* Attention to Detail: A strong attention to detail, ensuring that every proposal is polished, accurate, and on-brand.
* Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams.
* Organization: A self-starter who can handle multiple projects at once, working to tight deadlines and maintaining organization throughout the process.
