CIMIC Group is one of Australia's largest construction and infrastructure groups, delivering major projects across engineering, mining, and large‐scale infrastructure. We are looking for a proactive Talent Acquisition / HR Recruiter to support end‐to‐end hiring for technical, site‐based, and corporate roles.
Responsibilities
* Manage full‐cycle recruitment from job posting to offer stage
* Work with hiring managers to understand workforce needs
* Source candidates for engineering, construction, mining, and office roles
* Use LinkedIn, SEEK, and other recruitment platforms
* Screen CVs and conduct initial candidate interviews
* Coordinate interviews and selection processes
* Manage candidate communication and experience
* Support onboarding of new hires
* Maintain ATS records and recruitment tracking
* Support employer branding and hiring initiatives
Qualifications
* Experience in recruitment or talent acquisition
* Robust communication and stakeholder management skills
* Ability to work in high-volume, rapid‐paced hiring environments
* Knowledge of construction or engineering recruitment is an advantage
* Familiarity with ATS systems (e.g., Workday, SuccessFactors)
* Robust sourcing and organizational skills
