Job Description:
The Customer Service Manager will be responsible for providing day-to-day management and support to the Customer Service office and technician teams. This will involve reviewing all open cases and jobs with each coordinator, discussing any past SLA cases, and ensuring coordinators are equipped to maintain service delivery standards. The successful candidate will also ensure Vistry's Health & Safety processes are followed, distribute subcontractor reports, and highlight non-performance or poor delivery issues.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
To succeed in this role, candidates will need to demonstrate excellent analytical, oral, and written communication skills. They should have a good working knowledge of Excel, Microsoft Word, and Outlook, as well as the ability to engage and build positive working relationships with supply chain partners and stakeholders. Proactive approach, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently and make key decisions are essential. A background in construction/housebuilding is highly desirable, with practical knowledge of NHBC, LABC & Premier Guarantee guidelines being useful but not essential.
