Job Description:
The Accounts Payable Executive plays a pivotal role in ensuring seamless financial transactions and maintaining accurate accounting records.
Key responsibilities include reconciling statements, maintaining supplier records, improving processes for efficiency, managing relationships with suppliers, and ensuring compliance with regulations.
* Reconcile statements and pay suppliers according to agreed payment terms
* Maintain accurate supplier records within the accounting system
* Improve Accounts Payable systems and processes
* Manage relationships with suppliers
* Ensure document management and record keeping
* Assist with process improvements and system implementation initiatives
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Bachelor degree
* Minimum 2 years of experience in an Accounts Payable role
* Intermediate Excel skills
* SAP experience is advantageous
* Excellent attention to detail
* Strong organizational skills
