Job Title: Risk Manager
We're seeking a proactive risk manager to lead our organisation's risk management framework.
About the Role
* Develop and enhance our risk management processes, including monitoring risks, supporting incident reviews, and maintaining the Enterprise Risk Register.
* Provide expert risk management advice to operational leaders and identify potential risks to senior management.
* Maintain and update organisational policies and procedures in line with legislation, standards, and best practice.
* Coordinate the Policy Review Committee and ensure complex regulatory information is translated into clear, accessible documents.
* Support quality, compliance, and continuous improvement activities, including audits, accreditation, and regulatory reviews.
About You
* At least 3 years' experience in residential aged care in a policy development or risk role (or equivalent).
* Strong understanding of the Aged Care Quality Standards and compliance frameworks.
* In-depth knowledge of regulatory reform and sector changes within the Australian Aged Care environment.
* Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving abilities.
