Key Responsibilities
* Lead and support a high-performing team across diverse advisory projects
* Demonstrate strong project management capabilities and stakeholder engagement
* Drive strategic planning and articulate key financial and operational insights
* Manage client relationships and internal workflows with clarity and confidence
* Present to senior stakeholders and contribute to business development initiatives
* Support the growth of our Darwin market presence and advisory capability
How you are Extraordinary?
Through your work experience and knowledge in consulting, built over a 4 year period, you have acquired some of the following skills and capabilities:
* Strong people management skills (not necessarily direct line management)
* Proven ability to lead projects and manage client relationships
* Strong organisational skills and an understanding of project management principles
* Enjoy complexity and ambiguity and bringing innovative ideas to deliver quality outcomes
* Tertiary qualifications in a relevant field
* Excellent communication and strategic thinking skills
* Ability to manage time and team workflows effectively
Qualifications
* Tertiary-level education in commerce, business, finance, marketing, technology or similar degrees
* Project management qualifications (desirable)
