**Key Responsibilities**:
- Greet all members and guests with a warm, friendly welcome and farewell
- Provide up-to-date information on Club facilities, offers, and promotions
- Promote and process memberships, renewals, and our Aspire Rewards loyalty program
- Manage restaurant and courtesy bus bookings using the booking system
- Answer phone calls promptly and professionally
- Handle cash, EFTPOS, and membership transactions securely and accurately
- Maintain knowledge of all relevant reception software and systems
- Monitor patron safety and report concerns to management or security
- Support a clean, tidy, and professional reception area
- Ensure compliance with liquor licensing, anti-money laundering, WH&S, and other Club policies
- A genuine, welcoming personality with a strong customer service focus
- Excellent communication skills, both face-to-face and over the phone
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a busy environment with attention to detail
- Strong computer skills and willingness to learn booking/membership systems
- Cash handling and transaction processing experience
- Professional presentation and reliability
- Knowledge of hospitality or membership-based environments (desirable)
- Current RSA certification
