Role 1: Special Counsel
This role involves leadership under the guidance of a Practice Group Lead.
Specialising in Professional Indemnity and Commercial Litigation, the Special Counsel will drive team performance, foster client relationships, and contribute to firm growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensuring high-quality client service and team deliverables
- Supporting BD and operational strategies
- Fostering a collaborative work environment aligned with firm values
Requirements:
- Minimum 8 years PQE with experience in professional indemnity and commercial litigation
- NSW Practicing Certificate
- Strong leadership, communication, and client management skills
Role 2: Senior Associate
This role focuses on professional indemnity and commercial litigation matters, contributing to defending liability claims primarily in NSW, with exposure to ACT and VIC.
Key Responsibilities:
- Providing strategic advice
- Managing complex commercial, insurance, and construction matters
- Maintaining strong client relationships
- Mentoring junior team members and overseeing case management strategies
- Collaborating effectively across the Casualty & Commercial Practice Group
Requirements:
- Minimum 4 years PQE with experience in professional indemnity and commercial litigation
- NSW Practicing Certificate
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
