Their integrated capabilities in civil construction underscore their reputation as industry leaders, particularly in the successful delivery of complex and remote projects.This role is based in Busselton but our client is also open to Metro based applicants to as they have multiple offices across Perth.Key responsibilitiesPrepare accurate cost estimates based on drawings, site information, and specificationsSupport tender preparation, submission, and negotiationsIdentify risks, value engineering, and cost-saving opportunitiesDevelop high-quality bid documentation to tight deadlinesManage and package subcontractor scopes effectivelyTrack actual costs vs. estimates throughout the projectConfident in first-principles estimating and construction methodsThis role demands the ability to develop estimates from first principles and a deep understanding of construction processes.About YouPrevious experience in Estimating position within the construction industrySolid understanding of construction principles, materials, and methodologiesTertiary qualifications in Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, Engineering or similar equivalentWhat's in it for you?
