Job Description
Leading the category agenda for MFNA categories (1-3 yrs) by translating insights into actionable point of purchase opportunities and plans that deliver a 3 way-win (Consumer/Shopper, Customer, Mars) to drive sustainable growth for MFNA and our customers. This role is responsible for leading the Category Function within the Strategic Demand Team.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead and develop a high-performing team including Strategic Category Leads, and Strategic Category Analysts.
* Own and drive the 1-3 year category strategy and activation plans aligned with shopper-led growth drivers.
* Lead the visibility of market performance and tracking growth plan delivery ahead of category
* Guide execution of point of purchase plans covering range, space, pricing, promotions, and displays.
* Partner with Customer Teams to work with customers to influence POP execution and develop compelling trade sell stories.
* Support New Product Development (NPD) by providing consultative input and ensuring cross-functional alignment.
