Payroll Officer
to join us onsite at
Forth,
right in the heart of where the action happens.
This isn't a remote, behind-the-scenes desk job.
This is hands-on, people-first payroll at its best.
You'll be embedded in a supportive, practical team environment, working closely with the very people who plant, harvest, pack and move our produce every day. You'll build real relationships, gain a deep understanding of the business, and be part of a workplace where your contribution genuinely matters.
With our recent implementation of
Employment Hero
, it's an exciting time to jump in and help shape how payroll supports our growing teams across factory, farm, fleet and maintenance.
What you'll bring
* At least 12 months' experience processing payroll for up to 300 employees (Employment Hero experience is ideal).
* A solid understanding of industrial awards and enterprise agreements, including the Horticulture Award.
* Experience managing workers compensation processes.
* Confident Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel.
* Strong communication skills and the confidence to build trusted relationships onsite.
* A sharp eye for detail, accuracy and compliance.
