Leadership Opportunities in Early Learning
We are seeking a skilled and motivated professional to join our team as an Assistant Director. In this role, you will have the opportunity to work closely with our Centre Director to provide high-quality early learning and care to children aged 6 weeks to 12 years.
Job Description:
As an Assistant Director, your primary responsibility will be to support the Centre Director in the leadership of the centre team. This includes mentoring and building capabilities within the team, supporting the overall management of the centre in the absence of the Centre Director, and using and implementing the Goodstart Practice Guide.
* Work closely with the Centre Director to achieve business objectives and drive continuous improvement across all areas of centre operations.
* Support the development and implementation of policies and procedures that align with the company's vision and values.
* Mentor and build capabilities within the centre team to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to deliver high-quality early learning and care.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you will need to have:
* A strong background in early learning and leadership, preferably with experience in a similar role.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues, families, and the broader community.
* The ability to work collaboratively as part of a team and contribute to a positive and inclusive work environment.
