The Role
You'll be the first point of contact for our online customers, ensuring they receive prompt, accurate, and friendly service.
Your responsibilities will include:
Responding to website, email, and live chat enquiries in a timely and professional manner
Preparing accurate and competitive quotes based on customer needs
Processing online orders and ensuring all details are correct before dispatch
Liaising with suppliers, warehouse, and delivery teams to ensure smooth order fulfilment
Following up on quotes to convert opportunities into sales
Maintaining accurate customer records in our CRM system
Providing product information, availability, and delivery timelines to customers
Supporting the sales team with administrative and service tasks
About You
We're looking for someone who is:
Customer-focused– passionate about delivering great service and building relationships
Organised & detail-driven– able to manage multiple tasks without missing the small stuff
Tech-savvy– comfortable using CRM systems, email, and Microsoft Office (experience with eCommerce platforms like WooCommerce is an advantage)
A strong communicator– clear, friendly, and professional in both written and verbal communication
Proactive– able to follow up leads, resolve issues, and take ownership of tasks
Preferred Experience
Previous experience in a customer service, sales support, or admin role (ideally in retail, eCommerce, or similar)
Exposure to quoting and order processing
Knowledge of office furniture products is a bonus but not essential – full training provided
