Requirements
* A tertiary qualification in Planning, Environmental Science, or a related discipline.
* Proven experience interpreting and applying planning, building, plumbing, and environmental legislation.
* Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to motivate and develop staff.
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities.
* A collaborative and proactive approach to engaging with internal teams, community members, and external stakeholders.
