We are seeking a highly skilled Planning Professional to join our team in a Strategic Planning role. In this position, you will play a key part in coordinating the City's development contribution plans and ensuring a coordinated approach across teams.
About the Role
The successful candidate will work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve planning objectives, administer DCP Scheme Amendments, and provide advice and support on DCP management and operations. You will also be responsible for coordinating Annual Reviews and Annual Reports.

Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* Experience working within local government, State Government, or private consultancy context
* Sound knowledge of Western Australian Planning framework
* Working knowledge of developer contribution schemes
* Highly developed interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills
A tertiary qualification in Urban and Regional Planning or equivalent is highly desirable.
