Process Efficiency Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to lead process improvement initiatives in retail organisations.


Key Responsibilities

* Develop detailed business process models to map workflows such as online shop, order management and fulfilment operations.
* Conduct operational modelling to identify inefficiencies, constraints, and improvement opportunities across omni-channel environments.
* Work cross-functionally to optimise processes and eliminate bottlenecks in retail workflows, systems, and service journeys.
* Produce logical and architectural models that define high-level, technology-agnostic representations of applications, systems, and their interactions.
* Define and document:
o Processes: Structured workflows that ensure consistency, efficiency, and operational excellence.
o Technology & Systems: Tools, platforms, and capabilities required to support end-to-end customer and operational processes.
* Communicate findings and improvement recommendations clearly to stakeholders at all levels.
* Support transformation and delivery initiatives by providing models and insights that inform solution design.
