My client is a family business that has grown to become one of the Inner West's biggest success stories! Built on a strong philosophy and genuine care for their customers, this team are the local experts that have provided top service for generations. Operating out of open planned offices amongst a hub of cafes and busy lifestyle precincts, this is an opportunity for a Leasing Consultant to join a growing department of approximately 15 diligent staff members.
**The Role**:
Due to an internal promotion, this is a role reporting directly into a fantastic Department Head within a fantastic division of over 10 individuals. With a local based portfolio and plenty of training and development, your day to day responsibilities will include:
- Conducting open homes and open for inspections
- Ingoing & outgoing inspections
- Routine inspections & Saturday work
- Diary Management
- Prepare properties for online advertising
- Lease sign ups
- Preparing leases and lease packs
- Ad hoc administration duties
- Previous experience in Real Estate is preferred
- A current Certificate of Registration
- Own car and Drivers license
- Needs to be very diligent and proactive
- Have the ability to work with KPI's
- Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)
- Outstanding presentational skills
- Be a motivated self-starter
