With offices in Darwin, Palmerston, Katherine, Tennant Creek and Alice Springs, NAAJA is recognised nationally as a leading legal service, having received awards for human rights and crime prevention.
We are committed to high-quality representation for clients and long‑term change through law reform and education.
Why is this role right for you?
As a Client Service Officer (CSO), you will be at the heart of this work. You'll be the first point of contact for many clients, helping them feel supported and understood from the very beginning. You will work closely with lawyers, assist clients to navigate their legal matters, and contribute to outreach services in remote communities. Our practice is busy, diverse, and deeply committed to achieving justice for Aboriginal people across areas such as police accountability, child protection, tenancy, discrimination, social security, and victims of crime assistance.
This role is right for you if you want to build strong client relationships, support access to justice, and be part of a team that is dedicated to improving outcomes for Aboriginal people.
Why join NAAJA?
At NAAJA, you'll be part of a values‑driven organisation making a real difference. You'll work on challenging, meaningful cases while helping to achieve justice and fairness for Aboriginal people in the Northern Territory.
