About the role An exciting opportunity awaits Personal Care/Lifestyle Support Workers to join the team. As a Personal Care/Lifestyle Support Worker, you will play a crucial role in supporting individuals with their daily living activities. You will provide personal care, domestic assistance, companionship, transportation and promote independence for our older persons. Personal Care/Lifestyle Support Workers play a vital role in the lives of the older persons by providing quality, responsive and compassionate care that supports a trusted and long-term relationship with our older persons. About you To be successful you must: previous experience working in aged care or personal care (desirable) ability to work independently and effectively manage time be able to follow policies and procedures at all times be able to work with culturally and linguistically diverse communities and individuals Role requirements certificate III in Individual Support/ Home and Community Care/ Aged Care/ Health Care/Services assistant, Diploma of Nursing or equivalent qualification a current minimum P1 "C" class Queensland drivers licence a roadworthy, registered and comprehensively insured car NDIS Worker Screening Clearance (or the ability to obtain) current nationally recognised first aid and CPR certificates (or the ability to obtain) NDIS Worker Orientation Module 'Quality, Safety & You' certificate current immunisation history statement About the offer casual hourly rate of $43.23 per hour super up to $15,900 FBT salary packaging benefits access to fitness passport flexible working arrangements career pathways and opportunities for development employee assistance program offering confidential counselling support for employees Applying If this sounds like you, please submit your resume outlining your skills and experience.
